About Poksundo

Poksundo is entering the US market as a new, fast-growing team backed by the heritage of dormakaba a globally established brand with strong German & Swiss roots. We’re building the foundation for a long-term US presence and are looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial leader to help shape our go-to-market from the ground up.

The Role

We’re hiring a Marketing / Brand Development / Business Development professional who can help launch and grow Poksundo in the US. This is a high-impact role for someone who loves building: brand presence, partner ecosystems, pipeline, and community.

What You’ll Do

Brand & Marketing

  • Help develop and execute the US marketing plan (messaging, positioning, channels)

  • Create and manage content for social media, website updates, newsletters, and sales enablement

  • Drive awareness and demand generation campaigns (inbound + outbound support)

Social Media & Community

  • Own Poksundo’s social media presence (LinkedIn-first; others as needed)

  • Develop a consistent content cadence and thought-leadership strategy

  • Engage with partners, customers, and industry communities online

Partner Alliances (SAP / Workday Ecosystem)

  • Identify, approach, and manage partner relationships (SAP, Workday, SIs, advisory firms)

  • Coordinate partner marketing activities (webinars, co-marketing, joint events)

  • Support alliance motions and contribute to pipeline development

Events / Trade Shows

  • Help plan and execute trade show participation, regional events, and partner events

  • Coordinate collateral, booth messaging, and follow-ups

  • Ensure leads are captured, qualified, and handed into the sales process

Business Development Support

  • Help open doors: prospecting support, outreach sequences, and relationship building

  • Maintain and improve CRM hygiene and reporting (organized execution is key)

  • Collaborate closely with leadership to refine US go-to-market strategy

Who You Are

  • Self-driven: you take ownership and execute without heavy supervision

  • Outgoing: confident communicator who builds relationships easily

  • Organized: strong follow-through, structured planning, reliable delivery

  • Comfortable with Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Notes, ...)

  • Comfortable in a “build mode” environment—start-up energy with enterprise backing

  • Experience in B2B tech, ideally in SAP / Workday (HCM) ecosystems or partner-led growth

  • Strong writing and messaging skills (bonus if you can do light design / Canva / PowerPoint)
